Client Emails for Samsung Hard Disk Recovery

Samsung 1 TB SATA II Hard Drive
My Samsung SATA hard drive started showing a “SMART status bad, backup and replace” warning during start-up. I know that this means I should do what is recommended, to backup the hard drive and replace it with a new one. I have experienced this before with a friend’s computer and when that happens, I believe that you should comply if you don’t want any data loss. Before I got round to backing up the data the computer crashed and no matter what I try to do I cannot get it to boot up so I can access my data and copy of the data.

Samsung SpinPoint T Series HD320KJ 320GB 7200 RPM 8MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5″ Hard Drive
I installed a Samsung SpinPoint SATA hard drive on my computer one year ago and worked find until this morning. I realised the driver might have become corrupted so I searched Samsung’s website for it but I cannot find it. I also searched the packaging that came with the hard drive but it had no disc installer for drivers. I searched further and found one that can be installed via the RAID driver prompt. However, it says installation can only be through IDE. This gives me a feeling that I got the wrong driver for the hard drive. Now the hard drive is making clicking noises so I think it has deteriorated further.
