You can do this by post (we would recommend you register or record your package if you use this method as we cannot be held responsible for the loss of your device in transit), courier or deliver it in person if you so choose.

Once we have the affected drive here in our recovery centre our data recovery Eden personnel will make a definitive diagnosis of the problem and report back to you with their findings by email. The email they send you will not only detail why the device has failed but will also feature a comprehensive list of all the data on the drive that can be successfully recovered. If this data is in excess of our 30GBs allowance then we ask that you purchase an external storage device from our extensive range.
