When a server, RAID array or NAS drops out, the clock starts running. We handle business-critical recovery in-house — RAID, SAN, virtual and physical servers, VMs and databases — with one named contact, NDAs and invoicing as standard, and your data never leaving the UK.
RAID, NAS, SAN, servers, VMs and databases, all recovered by our own engineers. Business-critical jobs jump the queue, you deal with one person throughout, and NDAs and invoicing come as standard.
Whether it's one failed server, a multi-disk array or a whole virtualised environment — recovered in-house, never sent out.
Every level — 0, 1, 5, 6, 10 and 50 — across SATA, SAS and SCSI, even where several disks have failed.
Synology, QNAP, WD and the rest, across Btrfs, ext4, ZFS and SHR volumes.
Storage area networks and enterprise volumes, rebuilt from imaged member disks.
Windows and Linux servers, along with VMware and Hyper-V virtual machines.
SQL Server, Oracle and Exchange databases — repaired and recovered, not merely copied off.
Recovery from ransomware-hit servers and encrypted volumes wherever it's feasible.
Dedicated pages: RAID · NAS · SAN · Servers · Virtual machines · Databases · Ransomware.
Downtime costs money, so business jobs are treated differently from the first phone call.
You speak straight to the engineer working your case — no call centre, no scripts.
Business-critical recoveries move to the front of the queue, with an honest turnaround given up front.
A free diagnostic first, then a fixed written quote before any chargeable work starts.
This covers most jobs; physical and forensic work carries a 50% deposit toward parts and bench time.
Your business data is handled to a standard that holds up to scrutiny — in-house, in the UK, and kept confidential.
More on how we handle your data: Data security & confidentiality.
Working with us as a business is straightforward. We can invoice your company and take purchase orders, with 30-day terms for established accounts. Physical, DVR and forensic recoveries carry a 50% deposit toward donor parts and bench time, with the balance payable on a successful recovery. It's all agreed in writing before we start, so nothing on the invoice comes as a surprise.
We recover data for organisations of every size, compliance-heavy sectors included. Whatever the sector, the work stays in-house, confidential and in the UK — with NDAs and a documented chain of custody wherever you need them.
A simple, secure path from failure to verified return.
Call or email us with what's gone wrong — we'll advise on the safest next move.
Send the drives in by insured post or drop them off; we diagnose the fault and confirm what can be recovered.
You receive a fixed written quote and a turnaround before any chargeable work begins.
We recover in-house, verify what came back, and return it on fresh encrypted media or by secure download.
Send us your device for a free diagnostic, and tell us a little about what happened — an engineer will review it and confirm your exact quote in writing before any work begins.
Getting your data back begins with getting the device to us. Pack it up safely, pop your contact details inside, and send it over — once we’ve run the free diagnostic, we’ll confirm your exact price in writing before any work starts.
Posting it? A tracked, insured service is what we’d recommend. Rather drop it in? You’re welcome Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm — just package the device up as above first.
Want a bit more detail first? Fill in the form with more about your issue and an engineer will review it and send you a custom quote.
We’ll be in touch shortly. For anything urgent, call 0191 406 1051.
Fast answers to the questions we hear most.
Yes. Business-critical jobs are prioritised and we'll give you an honest turnaround up front. We're open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm — not a 24/7 operation, but urgent business cases jump the queue.
Yes. We can invoice your business and take purchase orders, with 30-day terms for established accounts. Physical, DVR and forensic recoveries carry a 50% deposit toward parts and bench time, with the balance due on a successful recovery.
Completely. We're ICO-registered and GDPR-compliant, an NDA is standard for business clients at no extra charge, and we can supply a documented chain of custody. Everything is done in-house and your data never leaves the UK.
Take the drives out, label each one with its bay or slot order, and send the disks alone — not the enclosure, controller or chassis. We image every drive read-only and rebuild the array virtually, so nothing is ever written to your data.
No — we don't do on-site recovery or collection. Recoveries are carried out in-house, which is both more secure and gives the best chance of success. You can drop drives off by appointment, or send them in fully insured on a tracked service.
It depends on the system: RAID and NAS from £500, virtual machines and databases from £800, and SAN from £1,250 — all plus VAT, with a free diagnostic and a written quote before any work begins. No fix, no fee applies to most jobs.
