Usually, yes. We are able to recover account files from failed local drives, including those used with accounting software such as Sage, QuickBooks and Xero. We also recover client records and ledgers that were stored alongside their respective account files.

Yes. We can invoice your business and accept purchase orders with 30-day terms for established accounts. Forensic and physical recoveries will require a 50% deposit prior to commencement of the work and the balance is payable upon successful completion of the recovery.
This varies depending on the system: single drives are £300, RAID systems and NAS systems are from £500 and databases are from £500, all plus VAT. All of these include a free diagnostic and a written quote before commencing the work. In most cases you only pay if we recover your data.
