How to pack it
  • Box the device up in a small, sturdy carton or a padded envelope.
  • You can leave out caddies, cables and power supplies — none of them are needed for the recovery.

We use forensically sound methods and image read-only so the original drive is never changed, and we document the process so it's defensible. Admissibility is ultimately the court's call, but the recovery itself is carried out to a standard that stands up to scrutiny.

Often, yes — it comes down to the device and whether the data has since been overwritten. We can recover deleted emails, documents and files and return them in a format ready for disclosure or e-discovery.

It depends on the device: standard single-drive recovery is from £300 and RAID or NAS from £500, while forensic work — where a documented, court-ready process is required — starts from £800. Everything is plus VAT, with a free diagnostic and a written quote first.
