No. Our only lab and drop-off point is our base in Newcastle. You can bring your drive to the Newcastle Quayside, and we also accept items posted by you. Our engineers will then work on your drive. Approximately 38 miles away, we provide services across Middlesbrough, Guisborough and surrounding areas. There is no need to travel; simply send your item via post (insured and tracked) and we will track it back to you.

Yes, this is possible; however, please avoid powering on your drive or using a hair dryer or heat gun as that can lead to further damage. Send your item to us and we will inspect and assess its condition. If your drive has encountered water, this does not prevent recovery. The key point is that the unit was not powered on whilst still damp.
