Send your drive over to us

Get the device to us one of two ways: drop it off in person at our Newcastle location, or post it to us fully insured. We don't run a collection service. Pack it so it can't shift in transit — and for a RAID or NAS, take the disks out yourself and mark each with its bay position. The enclosure and controller can stay with you.

We diagnose it and issue your quote

Our own engineers examine the drive to pin down exactly what's failed and what can be recovered. You then get a fixed written quote — your custom price for the job — normally inside 48 hours. Nothing chargeable happens until you sign it off, and most jobs are no fix, no fee.

We carry out the recovery

Once you approve the quote, the recovery begins — imaging the drive, repairing physical faults, and rebuilding file systems or arrays as required. Every step is carried out in-house by our own engineers; your drive and your data never leave our hands.

Your files come back to you

We return your recovered files whichever way suits you best — copied onto fresh media and posted back, or made available through our secure download service so you can reach it straight away. On no-fix-no-fee jobs, you settle up only once your data is safely back with you.
