Yes, that is a significant component of what we do. We recover RAID arrays, NAS devices, physical and virtual servers, and SQL and Exchange database files in-house; we do not outsource. In many cases business critical jobs can be given priority and when required we will document a chain of custody.
Quite frequently; however, do not turn it back on or use heat to “dry” it. This will likely result in further damage. Bring it to us and we will evaluate the device. Water damaged drives are commonly restored provided the drive was not powered on while it was wet.
